Tattoo Making Technique

I created this site to compile the information I have discovered about tattoos to help people who are looking to get a tattoo, but can't figure out what type of unique tattoo designs are for them.

In my site you'll find plenty of articles on different types of unique tattoo designs. I am hoping that I can help you find your next tattoo.

From experience I know the hardest part about getting a tattoo is actually finding the tattoo design that you can say with 100% certainty that you want it. Here are a few things I learned that I think can help you with choosing your tattoo.

One of the things that I learned in my quest for my first tattoo is that their are actually many things you should consider. Their are so many different unique tattoo designs that it can be quite a task to find your tattoo.

The absolute first thing you should be asking yourself is "Why?". As in why do I want this tattoo. Your first tattoo should have some type of significance to you.

It should be an expression of who you are. Think of what things that you really value in your life and symbols and images that can reflect those values.

You want to always keep in mind that when you get a tattoo it is a permanent thing. Sure their are ways to remove them, but those procedures are usually very expensive and they will leave scars where your old tattoo was.

Another thing you do not want to do make the mistake of doing, is to get a tattoo just because you are of legal age to get one. If you ask people about their first tattoo experience, I can guarantee you that many people will tell you that they wish they would have done more research before they got their first tattoo.

Many of my friends are good examples of this. I have many friends who when they turned of legal age, they ran straight to the first tattoo parlor they could find and got a tattoo. They didn't bother researching the unique tattoo designs that where available and just went with whatever caught their eye at that moment.

Ask my friends now and they will tell you they regret rushing into getting that tattoo. Some of them have even covered up their first tattoo and replaced it with a more well thought out tattoo.
